MISSION : To carve a niche in field of leather with a long term perspective.
The tannery is built in an area of 15,000 sq.yards in Leather Complex (dedicated industrial focal point for leather industry) in Jalandhar (Punjab) and is fully equipped with all the latest machinery from Raw to Finish stage, with all production work being carried in-house.
There is an in-built Pre-treatment Plant for effluent and as well as a Chrome Recovery Plant.
The tannery was set-up by Mr.Jagjit Singh (Managing Director) and Mr. Gursimerdeep Singh (Director) in the year 1995, and later joined by Mr. Sandeep Singh (Director) in 1998.
Finished Leather for Shoes and Handbags. All higher and medium end articles are produced with latest finishing techniques using the best quality imported chemicals. Our main articles are Nubucks, Oil Pull ups, Anilines, Semi-aniline, Brush off, Milled, Crumbled, Crushed, Wrinkle leather etc in Cow and Buffalo. All our leathers comply with the European standards for banned products. Regular testing of our leathers is carried out in accredited labs like SGS, FDDI, Bureau veritas, TUV etc.
RAW MATERIAL :
Apart from the Indian raw material, most of the cow hides used in our production are imported from different places like Italy, Germany, Ukraine, Russia, Australia,South Africa, Egypt etc. in Raw as well as in Wet Blue stage. Sufficient stock of raw material is maintained to cater to immediate needs of our customers.
